In Ayurveda (the ancient sister science of yoga), Dinacharya refers to daily routines. Tongue scraping is something you do first thing when you wake up, before brushing your teeth. It has many benefits, among them being it eliminates toxins, removes undigested food from the night before, relieves bad breath, stimulates organs, and promotes overall oral health.

On the night of the full moon, fill glass jars with water and put them outside or on a windowsill overnight under the full moon. You can place crystals in or around the jars, and when you wake up in the morning you will have water filled with the energy of the moon and magnified with the energy of the cleansed crystals. Don't forget to set your own full moon intentions.

The view out of the east windows in the studio. We were lucky enough to find this incredible rainbow shining above the trees and over the creek on one of our very first nights in the studio.

Four Wings Wellness was created out of a long-time dream and mission to offer healing services to the community in a safe, affordable, unique way.  It is a collection of different healing modalities, all of which can be tailored to your individual wants, needs, and goals around wellness.  Our purpose is to offer a space where a community can be created within the community - a community of people who want to heal, grow, and treat themselves and others with compassion and kindness.  There is no judgement here, as we all come from different stories and we are all on our own, unique paths.  At Four Wings Wellness, we strongly believe that wellness is a full-on lifestyle.  It's how we think, act, and how we treat ourselves, others, and the planet.  It's not something we do once a week and then go about our lives otherwise.  We live it here.  That being said, we also understand that you must create balance.  We want you to know that there is no one-size fits all plan for all of us...every one of our bodies is unique, and we each need different things - different foods, different forms of movement, different relaxation techniques.  We're not just talking about physically either, because a lot of times our struggles are emotional, financial, family-related, or spiritual.  Take a look around here and see if there's anything we can do to help.  If we don't have what you're looking for, we might know some people who do!  So feel free to ask.  It's all about spreading the love and raising our collective vibration so that we can all feel, do, and be better in this lifetime.  Thanks for being here and we really hope to meet you soon!
